  They commonly forget to provide dipping sauce with the 4 for 4 meal. They never have grape flavoring, and when they do, they make you wait because the employees get out of the kitchen to go use the drink machine out front and act like its a huge deal to get you what you want. I had an order issue once and had to speak to a manager. I asked for something that wasn't on the menu and he assumed I wanted something different. I will continue going here only because it is so cheap.

  Service was very rude along with employees was closing lobby when we arrived at 8:30 pm.

  We stop in here a few times a year while shopping in the area. The food is always good, hot, and served promptly. The restaurant appears to be well maintained and clean. There is plenty of staff behind the counter keeping things moving and keeping up with orders. There is a bit of attractive landscaping in front of the building. Access is easy either from the street, or from the mall side.
