  Horrible service. I've been to this location a handful of times. For the most part, it's been what you can expect from a chain restaurant: moderate wait, service and food. This (my final) experience was far from moderate. The place wasn't even that busy. It must have been under-staffed (obviously the kitchen because there were several servers just standing around). An older couple was the only people ahead of our group (5 people). It took about 25 minutes to be seated. After being seated we waited about 15 minutes for someone to come and take out drink orders (which never happened). We got up and left after a waitress came to the table beside us and told the family that they were out of the trout that they ordered and it was going to be another 30 minutes before their food would be out. They must have been there for a long time before that because they were very unhappy. My wife told the front desk why we were leaving and instead of saying, "I'm so sorry." The guy looked shocked and asked where we had been seated. We were all so hungry, she just said she didn't know because there was never a server that came to our table. At one point while we waited, we counted five servers in our immediate area and NONE of them even looked our way. Super disappointed.

  Loved the service and the wait wasn't very long. Very friendly staff! The food was decent. The only negative was that the place needed a little cleaning. I recommend cleaning the blinds (they were covered in dust) and the wood around the windows. The menus were sticky and were covered in food too.

  We had to wait a while for our table but the place was packed so it's no big deal. We were seated by our waitor, I believe is name is Matt. He was very attentive and polite. Very impressed by the great service seeing as the place is packed. I got like the shrimp trio. It was delicious. Only thing was that I couldn't taste the lobster in the lobster mashed potatoes.
