  Food is fresh on day crew, old and nasty on night crew(most of the time). Later during the evening they are have a little mouthy. You can definitely tell that no one wants to close McDonald's.

  Been working here for the past 2 weeks and get coffee very morning from here and they never seem to get it right. Tonight I go to correct my order and speak to a manager and the little girl who messed up my order screamed at the manager. This place needs to learn that the customer is always right and to fire that girls as.

  They used to be the best McDonald's to go to in Paducah... now it's a disgrace. At 9:15PM, after sitting get for almost 8 minutes in the drive thru I am handed out both my bags, and as I dip into my bag I find luck warm fries. First bad mark... the second one is that the "Grand Mac" my fiance decided to order was more like just a regular "Big Mac". Quite sad actually.
  I changed my 4 star rating to a 2 star because this should have never happened and obviously it was their normal behavior.
